The XH-M160G is a versatile green laser AM system engineered for highly reflective and refractory metals (Cu, W, Ta, Nb). Equipped with a proprietary 532nm green fiber laser (500W/700W), it overcomes the absorption limits of infrared lasers.
Designed for laboratories and R&D, it features fully unlocked processing parameters and a minimized powder volume requirement, enabling cost-effective material development and flexible process tuning.
By leveraging the high absorption rate of the 532nm green laser, the system overcomes energy coupling barriers, delivering parts with superior mechanical and thermal properties for challenging materials:

The 532nm green laser offers ~10x higher absorption for Pure Copper compared to IR lasers. This enables not only high-speed processing of copper alloys but also the stable melting of Refractory Metals (W, Ta, Nb), effectively eliminating defects caused by unstable energy coupling.
