The laser power options range from 500W, 700W, 1000W to 2000W, making it an ideal sintering solution for high-reflectivity and refractory materials such as copper, gold, platinum, aluminum, silver, tantalum, and tungsten.
For most metal materials, the shorter the laser wavelength, the higher the absorption rate. However, the technical difficulty of developing a high-power laser with high beam quality increases exponentially as the wavelength decreases. The green laser is currently the only option that simultaneously offers the advantages of a short wavelength, high power, and high beam quality.
