The coils, manufactured directly from digital models in complex shape, reduce production lead time by two-thirds while ensuring dimensional accuracy and material integrity. The laser sintered copper matrix enhances structural rigidity, leading to a longer service life and superior resistance to thermal fatigue compared to brazed counterparts.
